I reviewed Fifth Gear several years ago, yet I feel the need to post again. Fifth Gear continues to up their customer service game. They are leaders in the car repair industry, and they match that with exemplary customer service. Through the years we have had a few extensive repairs required. Fifth Gear explained the repairs and costs as anyone would, but they go that next step and discuss feasibility. Should you make the repairs? Should you replace the item with new from the manufacturer? The answers are not always ‘yes.’ Each repair is discussed based on your needs and using their expertise in terms easy to understand.
